Meet The Chef

Chef Daniil Lakhov has more than 17 years of experience perfecting his craft. Chef Danila has worked in some of the best fine dining restaurants around the world preparing Italian, Japanese and continental cuisines. Daniil held the positions of Executive Chef at Bosco Di Ciliegi in Sochi, Executive Sous Chef at Hotel Astoria (a Rocco Forte Hotel) in St. Petersburg, Executive Chef at Gastrobar Spirit also in St. Petersburg, and Executive Chef at Ristorante Lucca in Bordertown, NJ. Additionally, Daniil worked as a chef’s assistant at La Puma, an Italian fine dining restaurant in Scotland.

How Chef Danila came to be

Over the past several years, Chef Danila has also taught several Master classes on authentic Italian cooking in collaboration with Executive Chef Maurizio Peccolo and other Italian chefs and was frequently invited to cook at special events for world-renowned companies such as Mercedes, Martini, Ferrari, and Kaspersky, as well as 2014 Olympics and soccer World Cup 2018.
